Requests for new service at an existing address can be submitted online no less than 3 business days prior to the service start date. If you require service in less than 3 business days, please contact the Customer Service Call Center at (541) 450-6035. Service start dates must occur on a weekday excluding holidays. A member of customer service will contact you if additional information is needed at the phone number that you provided. If no additional information is required you will receive a welcome letter in the mail after your account has been set up.
